20 Ampoules of 10 ml - Net volume: 200 ml
1 ampoule per day diluted in a large glass of water (20 cl) to take for 20 days. To be renewed if necessary. It is recommended to combine it with Organic Royal Jelly 1500mg at each change of season.
1) Shake the ampoule.
2) Break one tip of the bulb using a tissue.
3) Pour the contents of the ampoule into a glass, breaking the second tip.
4) Add 20 cl of water before setting.

Avec le recul, juste après avoir fini la cure on s'est chopé tous les 2 une rhino pharyngite/ bronchite qui a duré 1 mois...on en revient juste.
La cure est elle efficace lors de la prise uniquement sans effets à long terme ?? Je m'interroge 🤔
