45 ans et très fatiguée, stressée, et ce sentiment d'être de mauvaise humeur j'ai cherché un complément pour me booster un peu, je me sens déjà de meilleure humeure et moins fatiguée malgré tout. Elles sont faciles à avaler, 1x jour au petit dej.
