The SANTAROME mobile messaging service is operated by SANTAROME. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these "SMS Policy" terms and conditions. We may modify or cancel the service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these mobile terms at any time, and your continued use of the service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
By accepting the SANTAROME SMS messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from and on behalf of SANTAROME through your wireless service provider to the mobile phone number you have provided, even if your mobile phone number is listed on a national or federal do-not-call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, information, and password resets (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, sales, product launches, gifts, and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).
You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make purchases and that your consent is not a condition of purchase from SANTAROME. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless service provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless service provider for details. You are solely responsible for all SMS-related charges, including charges imposed by your wireless service provider.
You may unsubscribe from the service at any time. Text STOP to SANTAROME or click on the unsubscribe link (if available) in any text message to cancel your subscription. You will receive a one-time confirmation message upon unsubscribing. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them. If you have subscribed to other SANTAROME mobile messaging programs and wish to unsubscribe, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you must unsubscribe separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective terms of use.

We may change the short codes or phone numbers we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. Mobile phone operators supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you obtain a new mobile phone number, you will need to register for the program with your new number.
