Santarome & Moi - What is it?

This is our way of thanking you. You earn points when you complete purchases and other activities. You can use them to get discounts on your purchases, so the more you accumulate, the more you save.

Who can register?

Anyone with an account is automatically registered. All points accumulated during your previous orders will be automatically added. Remember to use the same email address as those used for your orders.

How to earn points ?

You can earn points for all kinds of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points, click on the *Earn Points* tab in the menu.

How can I check my points balance?

You can view your points balance in the header of the loyalty page when you are logged in.

How do I redeem my points?

Select the tab labeled Points Redemption . There you will find all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for a reward.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

What do the statuses "approved", "pending" and "canceled" mean?

  • Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately for rewards.
  • Pending: These points must be verified before they can be redeemed. This generally applies to purchases and sponsorships.
  • Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (points will change from "pending" to "cancelled").

What happens if a friend I recommend cancels or returns their order?

Your pending points will be canceled and removed from your account.

Why has my account balance decreased?

You, or someone you recommended, canceled or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn any points!

Your points may sometimes take a few minutes to be counted.

Can I use my points at checkout?

Not directly - you need to exchange your points for a voucher which can then be used at checkout.

How to exit the program?

If you no longer wish to accumulate points, please contact us and request to be unsubscribed. We will unsubscribe you and you will lose any points you have accumulated.

What happens if I leave the program and decide to re-enroll?

Simply contact us and we will re-register you. However, your points total will start from zero.
