You have the choice among these three delivery methods:
- Express delivery by Chronopost in 48 hours (longer time depending on certain areas)
Shipping costs (FR): €10
- Standard home delivery by Colissimo (without signature) in 2-3 working days after shipment.
Shipping costs (FR): €6 / free from €50 purchase on the site
- Delivery to a Relay Point by Mondial Relay in 4 to 6 working days after shipment.
Shipping costs (FR): €3.50 / free from €50 purchase on the site
Your package is prepared within 24 hours* of your order.
*Excluding weekends and public holidays. In the event of exceptional periods, preparation times may be extended.
We accept payment by credit card (except American Express) and Paypal.
We deliver to the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
The carrier informs you by e-mail 24 hours before delivery of your package. It will be placed in your mailbox if conditions permit.
Reminder emails will be sent to you. A single deadline of 8 days is applied for all packages at Point Relais® and/or Lockers. After this period, the package will be returned to us.
You have 15 minutes to send us an email to hello@santarome.fr (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After this period, it will not be possible to change your address.
We offer you standard delivery and delivery to a relay point in France from 50€ of purchase on our online store.
If you are part of our Loyalty Program, you can also convert your accumulated points into a free delivery voucher (for delivery to a relay point in France).
All you have to do is place an order and at the time of the summary, add the code that was sent to you in the free Discount voucher field. The discount will apply automatically.
Choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on “Add to cart” or “Buy in 1 click”. You can either continue shopping or place an order directly. Once your products are in the basket, let yourself be guided by clicking on the “Order” button.
When your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link.
You can also go to your account, My Orders section and find a package tracking link by selecting the order concerned.
After confirming your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If this is not the case, we invite you to log in to your account to check if the order has been taken into account.

Your package is shipped the day after your order if it is placed before 12 a.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will be notified by e-mail of the shipment of your package and you will have the tracking number of your order available to be kept informed of its delivery.
It happens that the postman gives your package to your caretaker or one of your neighbors in your absence: we invite you to check with them if they have not collected it.
If you can't find it, write to hello@santarome.fr and we will find a solution!
Before validation of your payment, you can modify or abandon your order on the “Your basket” page. In order to guarantee you the shortest delivery times, you cannot cancel or modify your order once it is finalized.
However, you can return all or part of your order. To do this, you will need to send us an email to hello@santarome.fr
Please note: it is imperative that the products return in perfect condition, unopened.
You have 30 days from the date of your order to return all or part of your order to us.
Returns are free. You can send us an email to hello@santarome.fr and we will send you a return slip that you will need to stick on your package.
Once the products have been received, we can refund part or all of your order.
It is essential that the products return as is. Otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund.
It is not possible to make an exchange.
However, we suggest that you return your complete order to us as quickly as possible by following the returns procedure.
Once received, we will issue a refund. All you have to do is place a new order.
Simply go to the “Your account” section and click on “forgotten password”.
After entering your email address, a new password will be sent to you by email.
You can modify your personal information at any time by logging into your customer account in the “My account”, “My addresses” section.
You have the option of adding a new delivery address to each order placed on the site.
If you have an account on our site, you can also create, modify and save your addresses in “My addresses”.
If you have already placed an order on our website, click on "Your account" at the top right of the page and enter your email address and password in the relevant areas.
We invite you to check your junk mail (SPAM), it is possible that our emails accidentally slip into it.
Otherwise we invite you to contact us using the contact form.
To unsubscribe from newsletters, simply click on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of our newsletters. You will be automatically unsubscribed once you click on this link.
To subscribe to the newsletter, simply enter your email address in the registration form located at the bottom of this page and click on “I subscribe” .

All our products are created by our teams in France.
All are also made in France with the exception of our Pure Organic Birch Sap which is collected using a unique process in Finland.

Please refer to the instructions on the products. Some of our formulas should be kept in the refrigerator after opening.
Generally speaking, our food supplements are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. As a precaution, it is necessary to seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist before taking food supplements.
In the event of a known illness and/or treatment, it is recommended, as a precaution, that you seek the advice of your doctor. Only he will know, based on your complete medical file, if you can consume our food supplements or, if necessary, if it is better to abstain from them.
A large majority of our products are vegan (excluding beehive products: honey, pollen, royal jelly, propopolis), you can find all the information relating to the product on the dedicated product page.
Some products are made of or contain essential oils. You can find details of our formulas on each of the product pages.
Generally speaking, you can take several of our products at the same time. We recommend not to exceed 3 different formulas at a time. It is preferable to alternate the products rather than accumulating them. However, there are food supplements which cannot be combined because there are active ingredients with a daily dose that cannot be combined. not exceed. This is the case for formulas that contain melatonin or plants with caffeine for example. If in doubt, you can send us an email to hello@santarome.fr .
