You can choose between these three delivery methods:
- Express delivery by Chronopost within 24 hours of dispatch (48 hours in some areas).
Shipping costs: 8 € / free for purchases of 100 € or more on the site
- Standard delivery by Colissimo (without signature) within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Postage: 5 € / free from 50 € of purchase on the site
- Delivery in a Relay Point by Mondial Relay in 4 to 6 working days after shipping.
Shipping costs: 3.50 €.
We accept payment by credit card (except American Express) and Paypal.
We deliver within the European Union.
You just have to place your order and at the time of the summary (step 1), to add in the free field "Coupon" the code which was transmitted to you. The discount will be applied automatically.
Once confirmed, we cannot change your order, whether it is a change of product, address or even payment method... We prepare your orders quickly so that they leave our premises within the day.
However, you will have a few minutes after receiving the confirmation email to cancel it: call us at 01 84 79 94 10 or send us an email at hello@santarome.fr so that we can try to intercept it.
If we are unable to intercept your order, you must refuse the parcel on arrival and we will inform you as soon as it is returned to our premises in order to proceed with its cancellation and reimbursement.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.
If this is not the case, we invite you to log in to your account to check if the order has been taken into account.
If no order has been registered, please contact us by email at hello@santarome.fr or by telephone on 01 84 79 94 10.
Your package will be dispatched on the same day as your order if it is placed before 12 noon (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will be notified by e-mail when your package is shipped and you will have the tracking number of your order to be informed of its progress.
Sometimes the postman gives your parcel to your guardian or one of your neighbours in your absence: we invite you to check with them to see if they have picked it up.
If you can't find it, write to hello@santarome.fr and we will find a solution!

We will confirm receipt of the parcel by email and proceed to reimburse you within the day.
Attention: it is imperative that the products are returned in perfect condition, unopened.
It is not possible to make an exchange.
However, we suggest that you return your complete order as soon as possible by following the returns procedure.
Once received, we will proceed with the refund. All you have to do is place a new order.
Just go to the "Your account" section and click on "Forgot your password".
After entering your e-mail address, a new password will be sent to you by e-mail.
You can change your personal information at any time by logging into your customer account under "My Account", section "My Addresses".
You can add a new delivery address to each order placed on the site.
If you have an account on our site, you can also create, modify and save your addresses in "My addresses".
If you have already placed an order on our website, click on "Your account" at the top right of the page and enter your e-mail address and password in the relevant fields.
We invite you to check your SPAM, it is possible that our emails slip through.
If not, please contact us using the contact form, with the reason Newsletter.
To unsubscribe from newsletters, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletters. You will be automatically unsubscribed once you have clicked on this link.
