You can choose from these three delivery methods:
- Express delivery by Chronopost within 48 hours (longer delivery times in certain areas)
Shipping costs (FR): €10
- Standard home delivery by Colissimo (no signature required) within 2-3 business days after shipment.
Shipping costs (FR): €6 /free for purchases over €50 on the website
- Delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point within 4 to 6 business days after shipment.
Shipping costs (FR): €3.50 / free for purchases over €50 on the website
Your package will be prepared within 24 hours* of your order.
*Excluding weekends and public holidays. In exceptional circumstances, preparation times may be extended.
We accept payments by credit card (except American Express) and PayPal.
We deliver to the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
The carrier will notify you by email 24 hours before your package is delivered. It will be left in your mailbox if conditions allow.
Reminder emails will be sent to you.A single deadline of 8 days applies to all packages sent to Point Relais® and/or Lockers. After this period, the package will be returned to us.
You have 15 minutes to send us an email at hello@santarome.fr (excluding weekends and public holidays).
After this period, it will not be possible to change your address.
We offer standard delivery and pickup at a collection point in France for purchases of €50 or more from our online store.
If you are part of our Loyalty Program, you can also convert your accumulated points into a free delivery voucher (for delivery to a pick-up point in France).
Simply place your order and, when you reach the summary page, add the following to the free text field Discount code the code that was sent to you. The discount will be applied automatically.
Select the items you wish to purchase by clicking on "Add to cart" or "Buy in 1 click." You can either continue shopping or place your order directly. Once your products are in the cart, follow the instructions by clicking on the "Checkout" button.
When your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can also go to your account, under the My Orders section, and find a package tracking link by selecting the relevant order.
After confirming your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If this is not the case, please log in to your account to check whether the order has been processed.
If no order has been placed, you can contact us at hello@santarome.fr.
Your package will be shipped the day after your order is placed if it is placed before midnight (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will be notified by email when your package has been shipped, and you will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Sometimes the mail carrier will leave your package with your building superintendent or one of your neighbors if you are not home. Please check with them to see if they have picked it up.

If you cannot find it, please write to hello@santarome.fr and we will find a solution!
Before confirming your payment, you can modify or cancel your order on the "Your Cart" page. In order to guarantee the shortest possible delivery times, you cannot cancel or modify your order once it has been finalized.
However, you may return all or part of your order. To do so, please send us an email at hello@santarome.fr.
Please note: it is essential that products are returned in perfect condition, unopened.
You have 30 days after the date of your order to return all or part of your order to us.
Returns are free of charge. You can send us an email at hello@santarome.fr and we will send you a return label to attach to your package.
Once we have received the products, we will be able to refund part or all of your order.
It is essential that products are returned in their original condition. Otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Exchanges are not possible.
However, we suggest that you return your complete order to us as soon as possible by following the return procedure.
Once we receive it, we will proceed with the refund. All you need to do is place a new order.
Simply go to the "Your Account" section and click on "Forgot your password?"
After entering your email address, a new password will be sent to you by email.
You can change your personal information at any time by logging into your customer account in the "My Account" section, under "My Addresses."
You can add a new delivery address with each order placed on the website.
If you have an account on our site, you can also create, edit, and save your addresses in "My Addresses."
If you have already placed an order on our website, click on "Your Account" at the top right of the page and enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields.
We invite you to check your spam folder, as our emails may have been mistakenly filtered there.

All are also made in France, with the exception of our Organic Pure Birch Sap, which is collected using a unique process in Finland.

Please refer to the instructions on the products. Some of our formulas must be kept in the refrigerator after opening.
In general, our dietary supplements are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. As a precautionary measure, it is necessary to seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist before taking dietary supplements.
If you have a known medical condition and/or are undergoing treatment, it is recommended that you consult your doctor as a precautionary measure. Only your doctor will be able to determine, based on your complete medical history, whether you can consume our dietary supplements or whether it would be better to refrain from doing so.
The vast majority of our products are vegan (excluding bee products: honey, pollen, royal jelly, propolis). You can find all the information about the product on the dedicated product page.
Some products are made from essential oils or contain them. You can find details of our formulas on each product page.
In general, you can take several of our products at the same time. We recommend not exceeding three different formulas at once.It is better to alternate products rather than combine them. However, some dietary supplements cannot be combined because they contain active ingredients with a maximum daily dose that should not be exceeded. This is the case for formulas containing melatonin or plants with caffeine, for example. If in doubt, you can send us an email at hello@santarome.fr.
