- Melatonin: helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
- California poppy: contributes to optimal relaxation and helps improve sleep quality.
- Passionflower: helps induce calm rest and sleep.
- Lavender essential oil: helps support relaxation.

INGREDIENTS for 3 sprays per day (= 0.37 ml): aqueous extract of flowering aerial parts of California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) (200 mg), aqueous extract of flowering aerial parts of Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) (100 mg), agave syrup, concentrated grape juice, glycerine macerate of double-styled Hawthorn leaf buds (Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC.) (10 mg), glycerine macerate of broad-leaved lime buds (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.) (10 mg), glycerine macerate of fig leaf buds (Ficus carica L.) (10 mg), natural raspberry flavoring, essential oil from the flowering tops of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) (3 mg), melatonin (1.9 mg), acidifier: citric acid.
200 mg of aqueous extract of California poppy is equivalent to 100 mg of dry plant.
100 mg of Passiflora aqueous extract is equivalent to 50 mg of dry plant.
Plant active ingredients: EU origin.
Oral spray. Spray three times in the evening before bedtime. Shake before use.
1 spray bottle of 20 mg = 160 sprays on average.
Recommended duration: 2 months, take a break of two weeks to one month, then repeat if necessary.
