SOMNIFOR MELATONIN 1.9 MG, a practical tablet with a good mint taste and a high dosage of melatonin. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag.

The beneficial effect of Melatonin on falling asleep is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.

The beneficial effect of Melatonin on jet lag is achieved by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before bed on the first day of travel and the few days following the day of arrival at the destination.

FOOD SUPPLEMENT BASED ON MELATONIN, PLANTS, ESSENTIAL OIL AND BUDS.

INGREDIENTS: bulking agent: sorbitol; mint flavor; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin; coating agents: gum arabic, carnauba wax; sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame potassium; flavoring substance: menthol.

Somnifor Melatonin 1.9 mg - 30 tablets

1 chewable or suckable tablet per day, 30 minutes before bedtime. In case of jet lag: 1 tablet to chew or suck just before bedtime on the first day of travel and take 1 tablet before bedtime the few days following the day of arrival at the destination. One-off use in a one-month program.

Food supplement with sweeteners, cannot replace a varied and balanced diet. To be taken as part of a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Product reserved for adults. Not recommended for adolescent children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people suffering from inflammatory or autoimmune diseases. Should not be consumed before an activity requiring sustained alertness and which may pose a safety problem in the event of drowsiness. People suffering from epilepsy, asthma, mood, behavioral or personality disorders as well as people taking medication should not consume this product without medical advice. Do not use for prolonged periods. Consult a healthcare professional before use. Excess use may result in laxative effects. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, heat and humidity.

Melatonine en comprimés

Je prends mon comprimé une demi heure avant d'aller me coucher. Je le laisse fondre sous la langue pour une efficacité encore plus rapide. Je m'endors beaucoup plus rapidement et je ne me réveille plus la nuit.

Bien pour s’endormir mais n’empêche pas les réveils nocturnes

Par rapport aux gummies je trouve qu’on s’endort tout aussi vite mais qu’on se réveille plus souvent la nuit, donc le sommeil n’est pas aussi réparateur. Par contre le gout menthe est tres agréable !
