This original formula is composed of:

20 ampoules of 10 ml - Net volume: 200 ml
GRIFFONIA RHODIOLA:
1 ampoule in the morning diluted in a large glass of water (20 cl) to be taken for 20 days.
1) Shake the ampoule.
2) Break off one tip of the ampoule using a tissue.
3) Pour the contents of the ampoule into a glass, breaking off the second tip.
4) Add 20 cl of water before drinking.
Recommended duration: 2 months, take a break of two weeks to one month, then repeat if necessary.
ORGANIC STRESS CONTROL:
1 ampoule per day diluted in a glass of water (20cl) to be taken for 20 days.
1) Shake the ampoule before use
2) Break off one tip of the ampoule using a paper tissue
3) Pour the contents of the ampoule into a glass by breaking off the second tip
4) Add 20 cl of water before taking
