This formula is composed of:

- 12 vitamins & 7 minerals including: vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B12, C, Copper, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese which contribute to normal energy metabolism, vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 , B12, C, Iron, Magnesium which contribute to reducing fatigue, vitamin B2 and Zinc which contribute to the maintenance of normal vision, Iron and Zinc which contribute to normal cognitive function.
- Trio of plants including Guarana which helps reduce mental fatigue and Bacopa which supports memory.
- Peppermint essential oil.
- Trio of Blackcurrant, Rosemary, Sequoia buds.

INGREDIENTS: bulking agent: acacia gum, L-ascorbic acid, marine magnesium oxide, anti-caking agents: calcium phosphates, acerola juice powder (Malpighia glabra L.), ferrous bisglycinate, D-alpha acetate -tocopheryl, dry extract of Guarana (Paullinia cupana Kunth), menaquinone, nicotinamide, yeast enriched with selenium, glycerinated macerates (water, glycerin, alcohol, blackcurrant leaf bud (Ribes nigrum L.), young shoot of Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.), young shoot of Sequoia (Sequoiadendron giganteum (Lindl.) J.Buchholz)), essential oil of Peppermint (Mentha x piperita L.), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, manganese gluconate, Calcium D-pantothenate, sugar sulfate, dry extract of Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri (L.) What is Gemmo?

Un bon boost pour l’hiver

La prise de cette cure m’a donné un coup de fouet. Je me suis sentie mieux, moins fatiguée et j’ai gagné en énergie au cours de mes journées. J’ai aimé le goût de ce complément alimentaire naturel et complet. Je trouve le format de ce packaging très pratique afin de l’emmener partout même lors d’un week-end ou des vacances il est facile à glisser dans la trousse de toilette ou dans le sac à main.
En revanche j’ai trouvé que la taille des cachets était un peu grosse à avaler !

Ce complément alimentaire est très bien pour les plus de 50ans.
J'ai pris un comprimé,tous les matins avec un grand verre d'eau, j'ai commencé à voir une différence au bout de 15 jours, moins de fatigue, plus de tonus, plus de mémoire.
Le comprimé est un peu gros à avaler, l'odeur de menthe poivrée est agréable.
Je suis satisfaite du produit, je vous le recommande.
