Plutôt contente de ma cure d'un mois, pas de résultat miracle mais j'ai quand même perdu du poids malgré des écarts dans mon alimentation, je pert plus que sans donc oui sa aide mais après les résultat reste modéré avec une alimentation basse calorie pour ma art j'ai perdu 1kg sur le mois alors que mon poids était stable sans. Niveau coupe faim en revanche je n'ai pas vu d'effet, ni au niveau du centre plat aucune différence à se niveau là mais il reste une aide dans la perte de poids
