Origin and history
Pollen is a fine dust produced by flowers, containing the male cells necessary for plant fertilization. A true concentrate of nutrients, it is collected by bees, who transform it into pellets to feed the hive. Used since antiquity, notably by the Egyptians and Greeks, pollen is considered a natural superfood to boost vitality and stimulate the body's defenses. Today, it is widely used in apitherapy , the alternative medicine derived from beehive products.
