Origin and history
Seawater, a vital and age-old element, covers more than 70% of the Earth's surface. Rich in minerals and trace elements, it is considered a true concentrate of natural energy. Since antiquity, Greek, Egyptian, and Roman civilizations used seawater baths to revitalize the body and promote healing. In the 19th century, the physiologist René Quinton demonstrated the similarity between the composition of human blood plasma and that of seawater, thus paving the way for its modern therapeutic use.
