INGREDIENTS: Aqueous extract of downy birch leaves* (Betula pubescens Erhr.) , Purified water, Lemon juice*, Glycerinated macerate of silver birch buds* (Betula pendula Roth.) , Glycerinated macerate of ash leaf buds* ( Fraxinus excelsior L.) and Cassis* (Ribes nigrum L.) .

An overload of toxins can manifest itself in digestive disorders or even significant fatigue. To cleanse the excesses of winter, a birch sap treatment can help you achieve this. When the seasons change, it is recommended to carry out a 3-week treatment.

Used since the Middle Ages, birch sap is much more concentrated in trace elements and minerals. It is also more expensive than birch juice. The harvest takes place between the end of February and mid-March; it is possible to collect up to 200 liters per day. Birch sap is kept cool and preferably consumed in the morning on an empty stomach.
Birch juice is made from the young leaves of the tree harvested towards the end of spring. They undergo a decoction. This method consists of extracting the active ingredients by dissolving them in boiling water. Birch juice is mainly used for its purifying action. Take 2 to 3 doses per day, birch juice is diluted in water or in an infusion.

A birch juice treatment can be done all year round, it is possible to do several per year. The treatment must last 3 weeks to be effective. This is the length of time it takes for the body to release toxins and cells to renew themselves.
There is no risk of overconsumption of birch juice, but one glass is enough to benefit from the benefits of this juice. It is also possible to extend the treatment, but you must then take a two-week break between each three-week treatment.

Birch juice contains a little sugar which can ferment if left at room temperature, so it is best to keep it cool between 4 and 6°C. It can be stored for at least a month.
Note that it is possible to freeze birch juice. Its appearance then becomes milky and its taste more acidic, but freezing will not alter its contributions and benefits, only its physical state and its chemical state will change slightly.
