Birch juice is made from the young leaves of the tree, harvested in late spring. They are boiled down. This method involves extracting the active ingredients by dissolving them in boiling water. Birch juice is mainly used for its purifying properties. Taken 2 to 3 times a day, birch juice is diluted in water or herbal tea.

Birch juice is a 100% organic and natural product, containing many elements such as:

There is no risk of overconsumption of birch juice, but one glass is enough to enjoy the benefits of this juice. It is also possible to extend the treatment, but you must then take a two-week break between each three-week treatment.

Birch juice contains a small amount of sugar that can ferment if left at room temperature, so it is best to store it in a cool place between 4 and 6°C. It can be stored for at least one month.

Note that birch juice can be frozen. It will become milky in appearance and more tart in taste, but freezing will not alter its nutritional content or benefits; only its physical and chemical properties will change slightly.
