Walnut
The walnut tree is a large tree native to the Middle East that can grow up to 30 m tall. It does not thrive at high altitudes or in overly hot climates. It is estimated that walnut trees have been cultivated for their nuts for 12,000 years. In ancient times, walnuts were traditionally used as tonics and were reserved for the elite.
Key Properties
Used since ancient times
According to Dr. Max Tétau, a renowned phytotherapist and homeopath, walnut buds are effective against certain common symptoms during pollen season (itchy eyes, sneezing, and runny nose). The fact is that throughout life, the body is attacked by numerous foreign particles: dust, pollen, grasses, etc. In predisposed individuals, the body can react to these attacks, leading to an allergic episode.
